The University of Memphis MEMPHIS JAZZ COLLECTIVE
Crosstown Arts, The Green Room 1350 Concourse Ave., Suite 280, Memphis, TN, United StatesSouthern Comfort Jazz, featuring 901 Jazz and University of Memphis Jazz Singers, presents a showcase of music from jazz legends and newcomers. 901 Jazz ignites the evening’s performance with high-energy, melodic beats as they perform the music of be-bop legends Charlie Parker and Dizzy Gillespie.
Headlining the evening, Southern Comfort, featuring the University of Memphis Jazz Singers, spotlights homegrown talent with new student works, dueling trumpets with special guest David Spencer, and an exquisite solo performance by Shelby Sellers.

Scheidt School of Music, is proud to present its fall music festival “This is Memphis.” Join us at The Green Room at Crosstown Arts for a performance featuring all ten of the artists on Blue Tom Records. The festival will feature music from a wide variety of genres, including R&B, pop, rock, folk, and hip-hop.

Loveland Duren
Crosstown Arts, The Green Room 1350 Concourse Ave., Suite 280, Memphis, TN, United StatesCrosstown Arts presents Loveland Duren in The Green Room. Veteran recording artists Vicki Loveland and Van Duren are cradling dynamite once again with their brand-new album release, Any Such Thing (Edgewood Recordings). Following the duo’s first two albums, Bloody Cupid (2013) and Next (2016), Any Such Thing reflects the sum of their experiences through the past six years of performing in the Mid-South and in faraway locales.
