How was Crosstown Arts involved in the Sears Crosstown development?

Crosstown Arts is a founding partner, tenant, and co-developer of Crosstown Concourse, the former Sears Crosstown building.  Constructed in 1927, the 1.5 million-square-foot historic distribution center and retail store was preserved and redeveloped as a vertical urban village.

Transforming a national hub for the distribution of goods into a local nucleus for the cultivation of well-being, Crosstown Concourse shifts focus from products to people, from commodity to quality of life. Thousands of people now live and work, learn and teach, heal and grow, create and recreate, and shop and eat at Crosstown Concourse — just like a really great neighborhood. Learn more here.
