Fresh off her appearance on The Voice’s Battle of the Champions, Kendra is excited to bring her music to Crosstown Art’s Green Room. Known for her captivating songwriting, raspy yet smooth vocals and energetic performances, she has earned over one million Spotify streams and has become a staple on the songwriting and band showcase scene in Nashville. Influenced by renowned artists such as: Chris Stapleton, Gretchen Wilson, Miranda Lambert, Adele and Laney Wilson, Kendra weaves her storytelling in her authentic style that combines country roots with elements of southern rock and blues.
Kendra Remedios, originally from Arlington, Texas, is known for her unique raspy yet smooth vocals and energetic performances. Influenced by artists like Chris Stapleton, Miranda Lambert, Lainey Wilson and Adele, she has achieved over one million Spotify streams and recently appeared on The Voice’s Battle of the Champions.
Kendra’s career began with performances across the Dallas-Fort Worth region, where her unique style earned recognition during Seasons 11 and 12 of American Idol. These experiences inspired her to pursue songwriting, resulting in compositions that reflect a broad emotional landscape. One of her earliest releases, “Daddy and Me,” debuted in June 2021 as an acoustic tribute to her late father.
Since moving to Nashville in November 2022, Kendra has become a staple on the singer-songwriter and band showcase circuit, emphasizing authentic storytelling and energetic performances.
