    AzPen is from the rich musical tradition that is Memphis Music including blues, jazz, soul, gospel and classical music.  Led by keyboardist Charles Pender, the band includes LaShawn Pender (vocals), Charles Pender Jr. (tenor sax), Vincent Oglesby (bass), and Reginald Taber (drums/percussion).
