Grilled Cheese Fest 2

Second annual grilled cheese cook-off and festival benefitting ALIVE Rescue Memphis. Organized by the Hi Tone with a special kids’ craft-making activity led by Crosstown Arts.

Teams (set up outside along Cleveland) will be handing out samples, and attendees will have a chance to vote on their favorite grilled cheese by placing a donation of any amount into the team’s box. The team with the most donations wins, but all of the money raised will go directly to ALIVE Rescue Memphis’ efforts to care for homeless animals. The Hi Tone will also be open with live music and two bars. Tickets for the grilled cheese fest are $5 (also benefitting ALIVE Rescue Memphis).

Crosstown Arts will lead kids in a free craft activity from noon to 4 p.m. inside the gallery (422 N. Cleveland). No registration required.
