Field Trips
Crosstown Arts welcomes visits from area schools, homeschool groups, college classes, workplace groups, and senior centers. Any group of people who would like to experience Crosstown Arts together is welcome to schedule a field trip.
Field trips can be scheduled between the hours of 10 am and 12 pm Tuesdays through Fridays. Requests for field trips should be made at least two weeks in advance.
To request a field trip for your group, please complete this form. Please note that, until you have received an emailed confirmation from the Crosstown Arts Public Engagement staff, your field trip will not be considered confirmed.
During your visit, Crosstown Arts Public Engagement staff will lead your group on a gallery tour, then engage you in a creative activity that relates to the work you’ve just seen.
Maximum Group Size – 35
For groups whose participants are 17 and under, there should be one chaperone for every five participants.
