Sign up to perform original spoken word about whatever subject you choose. Or simply come and enjoy.
Zine Fest is also happening from 4-7 pm on the Theater Stair. Come early and browse the work of zine vendors from across the city.

The guidelines:
Subject matter can pertain to anything.
Performers must be 13 and up.
Each performance has a 3-minute limit.
Individual and group sign-ups are welcome. One group counts as one sign-up.
This event is not a competitive slam, simply an open mic.

Remember that kids will be present. Chose your (strong) words and subjects wisely.
