Shards of Color and Other Broken Things is an exploration of color and the way it's manipulated by image and perspective.
Joy Murray works in a narrative style and uses text in her paintings. She uses many kinds of paper, watercolor, acrylic, and collage. She explores concepts of transformation and the intersection of human life and the natural world. This show will feature many of her pieces focused on disability and sacred transformation of the body.
