Confused about how copyrights, contracts, and licensing relate to your arts practice? Shea Oliver, an Intellectual Property Attorney with Burch, Porter & Johnson, PLLC, will walk us through the Fair Use Doctrine and how to use a “take down notice.” She’ll answer questions like: Why should artists bother with contracts? How do we protect ourselves when we license our artwork or when working collaboratively? Bring your questions.
Presentation with Q&A to follow.
