Where do art and social justice intersect? Who works in this realm and how is it done? Join us for a discussion on this topic with Carrie Christensen and Mankwe Ndosi from Minneapolis, Minnesota and local hip-hop artist and activist Marco Pave. Carrie is the Program Manager at Creative CityMaking at Intermedia Arts, and Mankwe is an artist/performer and activist working with Creative CityMaking. We will explore the practical aspects of this type of work including formulating ideas, how to manage projects, and how to get funding.

Presentation with Q&A to follow.
Program begins at 6 p.m.
Complimentary food and drinks
