Dance, Girl! A testament to black girlhood is a choreopoem by Bria B Saulsberry, produced by Homegrown Arts. This magnetic story explores the journey of a black girl discovering the dance of adolescent learning—remembering what has been taught, forgetting what has been passed down, and becoming who is needed. The experience combines poetry, dance, and music, celebrating the tradition of dance.
