One-night only exhibition of new work by Crosstown Arts’ summer studio resident artist, Andrea Morales, created during her residency session.
“Change in a community is subtle on a day to day basis, but is something we experience simultaneously. For better or worse, that means what is now won’t be so in a few. These images look at Vollentine Evergreen, Crosstown, and North Memphis neighborhoods as communities in transition. By cataloguing moments, both mundane and celebratory, photographs can inform a portrait in our memories.”
