Crosstown Concourse

Crosstown Arts is a founding partner, future tenant, and co-developer of Crosstown Concourse, the former Sears Crosstown building.  Constructed in 1927, the 1.5 million square foot historic distribution center and retail store is being preserved and redeveloped as a vertical urban village.

Transforming a national hub for the distribution of goods into a local nucleus for the cultivation of well-being, Crosstown Concourse shifts focus from products to people, from commodity to quality of life.  People are already living and working, learning and teaching, healing and growing well, creating and recreating, shopping and eating in Concourse. And more spaces are opening in Concourse weekly throughout the fall of 2017.
