Theater Technical Director
The Technical Director at Crosstown Arts is responsible for the technical operations supporting all performance and event production in the newly constructed black box theater located on-site at Crosstown Concourse. This position serves as the building manager for all theater facilities and includes the provision and supervision of ongoing maintenance of all equipment and theater infrastructure such as audio/visual, lighting, modular seating, etc. The Technical Director is also responsible for coordinating the logistics of daily operation for load in/out working both independently and when needed supervising large crews of part-time staff.
Crosstown Arts Bar Staff
Crosstown Arts is opening a full-service bar — serving cocktails, wine, beer, and food — in mid-2018 in a new space inside Crosstown Concourse. The cocktail list will be in a constant state of renewal, and drinks will be crafted using the best locally farmed and foraged ingredients. Premium spirits, beers, and delicious wines will be sourced from our liquor representative partners.
Positions are available for bartenders, bar backs, and cocktail servers. Bar staff should be kind, passionate, creative, and crafty. If you have no craft-bartending experience but possess the aforementioned qualities (and maybe also like to dance??), we may have a match.
Crosstown Arts Cafe Staff (counter servers/baristas)
Crosstown Arts is creating a new plant-focused restaurant, scheduled to open in mid-2018 in a new space in Crosstown Concourse and is looking to hire Counter Servers/Baristas.
This will be an exciting journey with brand-new equipment, a great location, and plenty of support from co-workers and other staff in the organization. If you desire to work in an environment that always puts the staff first and allows them to provide phenomenal service to our guests in the unique context of serving creative food and exceptional drinks inside a contemporary arts organization, we want to hear from you.
Crosstown Arts Cafe Staff (back of house)
We are creating a new plant-based, plant-focused restaurant, scheduled to open in early 2018 in a new facility in Crosstown Concourse. We are looking to hire: bakers/pastry, line cooks, prep cooks, and porters/dish crew.
