SUMMARY:The Mystic
DESCRIPTION:So\, what is The Mystic? The Mystic is a catalyst; through music\, story\, silence and dialogue\, we hope to strengthen our attachment to hopes and dreams. In the mystic\, diversity is a prerequisite for all creativity\, which is why Crosstown Concourse is the perfect home. In The Mystic\, the world is far-better served by different beliefs than it could ever be if limited by rigid uniformity. \nAnd if this doesn’t rock your gypsy soul\, the goal of The Mystic is to not feel better but get better at feeling.

SUMMARY:A$H. Presents: low key LIVE at the Green Room + sounds by DIGITAL TECH
DESCRIPTION:A$H. Presents: low key LIVE at the Green Room + sounds by DIGITAL TECH\nThe Green Room at Crosstown Arts \nFriday\, July 24th\, 2026\nDoors open at 7:00 PM | Show at 7:30 PM \n$20 in advance (plus fees) | $30 at the door \nPURCHASE TICKETS HERE\n\n\nLOW KEY LIVE is an immersive live experience from Atlanta-based artist A$H.\, built entirely inside the world of her vinyl album — where each performance becomes a living version of the record. The show brings the album’s aesthetic to life in real time: pink\, neon\, smoky\, pretty\, honest\, alive — transforming music into atmosphere and performance into feeling. \nRather than a traditional set\, LOW KEY LIVE unfolds as a continuous emotional world between artist and audience\, designed to move fluidly across cities while staying deeply personal in scale and energy. A touring concept built for connection\, not distance. \nfor the ones who feel everything. \nA$H. is an Atlanta-based independent artist blending alternative R&B\, pop\, and electronic influences into emotionally driven\, cinematic music. Her work is rooted in atmosphere\, vulnerability\, and intentional world-building\, transforming songs into immersive emotional experiences. She has opened for artists including PJ Morton and Durand Bernarr\, and has contributed background vocals for major artists such as Janelle Monáe\, Solange\, John Legend\, and Summer Walker\, grounding her artistry in both live performance and professional studio collaboration.

SUMMARY:Healing Breathwork Meditation
DESCRIPTION:Healing Breathwork Meditation\nThe Green Room at Crosstown Arts\nSunday\, July 26th\, 2026\nDoors open at 2:30 pm | Show starts at 3:00 pm\n$15 in advance (plus fees) | $25 at the door\nPURCHASE TICKETS HERE\n\n\nHealing breathwork meditation is a gentle approach to creating space around emotional blocks stored in the body using the breath. This practice is easy enough for beginners and a great add-on for those who have yoga\, meditation\, bodywork\, and healing practices. Elements of sound healing will also be included to relax the nervous system on a cellular level. The workshop begins with a brief check-in\, a movement practice\, then breathwork while lying on the back. Please bring a blanket\, a yoga mat\, and an eye covering (a hand towel works well). \n\n\n\nRobin Bruce teaches healing breathwork and meditation as an extension of her multidisciplinary arts practice. Her foray into the healing arts began as a yoga teacher and bloomed into the healing arts after studying healing breathwork with David Elliott in 2016. Since then\, she’s become a 200hr ERYT\, with over a thousand hours of yoga teaching experience and a mantra recording artist under the name Dharampal. She’s also earned an MA in religious studies with a focus on ritual and spiritual practices to fortify political movements. She completed her MFA in creative writing and translation at the University of Arkansas in 2025 and currently lives in Fayetteville where she works as a bookseller. She views healing work as personal and communal and breathwork as a vehicle to grieve together and collectively dream new futures.
