Community Mural Talk with Guisela Latorre
Join us for a presentation on muralism in international contexts with visiting scholar Guisela Latorre from the University of Ohio Department of Art/Department of Gender Studies. Her talk will explore her research around Chicana/o murals in California and muralism and graffiti in post-dictatorship Chile.

Road Trip: 30 Americans at Arkansas Arts Center
If you can’t remember the last time you went on a field trip, then you’re long overdue. Come along on this excursion to the exhibition 30 Americans, a sweeping survey of artwork by many of the most influential African American artists of the last four decades.
Impossible Language
Ongoing contemporary poetry series. This installment features Ruth Baumann, PJ Williams, Ashley Chambers & Heidi Staples.
Open Crit
Visual artists from all backgrounds and levels of experience are invited to present works in progress/newly finished for discussion led by an experienced facilitator. Anyone is welcome to participate in the discussion.
Artists begin setup at 5 pm. Critique & discussion with group begins at 6 pm.
Shoot & Splice: Film and the Law
Join entertainment attorneys Malcolm Futhey, Anita Modak-Truran and Bruce Newman as they argue the case that filmmakers should be aware of the law and seek good counsel.
